These are really good! You have some nice motion and a decent grasp of anatomy too! I think the only thing is line economy (which is something I struggle with). You've got a lot of little loose lines. Try using more swooping, single lines instead!

I absolutely love this site! I've been using this (and the previous version) for years and it has helped so much.

Something I would really like to see is a simple countdown before switching to the next image. I use my sketchbook and usually need a second or two to move it or turn the page. So having a 3-5 second interval between each image would be really helpful!
