I am working on studying faces and expressions this year. The RIDICULOUS goal is to get as good as Karl Kopinski. The reasonable goal is to be able to draw a person from multiple angles and all the drawings capture the likeness and look like they're of the same person. I've committed to drawing at least 5 minutes a day.
